A hospital in Bhopal with patients who are sick because of the Bhopal disaster (commonly referred to as Bhopal gas tragedy). On the night of December 2–3, 1984 there was a gas leak incident at the Union Carbide India Limited (UCIL) pesticide plant in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. It was one of the largest industrial disasters on record and is still today effecting peoples health.
